Chris Rock Says Good-Bye To Brooklyn

Chris Rock is letting go of the huge Townhouse in Brooklyn that he purchased in 1994 shortly after departing Saturday Night Live.The home has been rented out since 1996 reaching prices as high as $15,000 per month according to the New York Post.
Chris Rock was born in South Carolina but grew up in Brooklyn. His former CBS Sitcom, “Everybody Hates Chris” was based on his childhood in Bedford-Styvesant.
His primary residence is now in New Jersey.
According to the 6sqft Real Estate and Architecture News article below the townhouse sold last September and was reported today.
