Rebels Struggling In Conference Play
The UNLV Runnin’ Rebels men’s basketball team is finding rough sledding as they make their way through the conference schedule. The Rebels suffered another home loss this past Wednesday as they fell to New Mexico 86-81. The Rebels led by 11 points late in the second half but couldn’t hold off the Lobos’ late charge. The loss dropped UNLV to 2-3 in conference play and 13-5 overall. It doesn’t get any easier for the Rebels as they face Colorado State on the road today at 2pm and will then travel to Fresno State to take on the Bulldogs next Tuesday. Here’s hoping the Rebels can pull it together and not let a once promising season slip away.
