Paris Jackson’s Oscar Dress was a Tribute to her Father.
Paris Jackson, Michael Jackson’s daughter, is becoming quite the fashionista!
The actor and model attended some Oscar after-parties last weekend and wore a gorgeous green Versace dress that paid tribute to her late father. The gown looked similar to the dress Tinkerbell wears in Peter Pan, and she posted a pic wearing the dress on Instagram. Under it, the caption read “Take the path that moonbeams make/ If the moon is still awake/ You’ll see him wink his eye,” which are lyrics to the Peter Pan song You Can Fly.
As Elle UK mentions, Michael Jackson was a huge Peter Pan fan, he named his house Neverland Ranch, and always spoke of feeling like a boy who never wanted to grow up.
