Rebels Fall Flat Without Rogers
The UNLV Rebels football team struggled last week without quarterback Armani Rogers and got pounded 50-14 vs. New Mexico at Sam Boyd stadium. New Mexico is not a powerhouse by any means but the Rebels could get nothing done on offense or defense. UNLV’s road to making a bowl game doesn’t get any easier as they travel to Utah State today to face the Aggies at 1pm. Utah State, led by dual threat quarterback Jordan Love, has only lost to Michigan State, winning four in a row since then. The Rebels return home to face Air Force next Friday at 7pm at Sam Boyd.
