The Nevada Seismological Lab reported that a magnitude 6.4 earthquake rumbled in the desert outside of Tonopah early this morning around 4am. At least five aftershocks have been felt and recorded, with the largest two coming in at magnitude 5.4. The first quake was felt in Reno and as far away as Sacramento, CA.
