Ronald Isley, the lead singer of the legendary Isley Brothers, turns 79 years old today. A veteran of over 50 years in the music business, we’ve heard Ronald’s smooth tenor on all of the Isleys’ great hits including “It’s Your Thing,” “Work To Do,” “Fight The Power,” “For The Love Of You,” and “Between The Sheets.” Ronald Isley has also had a successful solo career and is notable for having a string of hits recording with R.
