The Las Vegas Aces lost a heart breaker in their WNBA season opener on Sunday, losing 88-86 to Chicago on a three pointer by the Sky’s Allie Quigley with 15 seconds left. The Aces led for much of the game and dominated in the paint outscoring Chicago 46-26. Las Vegas led by as much as 12 points but let Chicago hang around and get back in the game late. Angel McCoughtry scored 25 points in her Aces debut and teammate A’ja Wilson added 22 points and 11 rebounds. The Aces struggled with possession, committing 17 turnovers. Las Vegas will try to get in to the win column on Wednesday when they face Atlanta. The WNBA is playing all of it’s games in Bradenton, Florida
