Baseball is back, the NBA and the WNBA are back, and the NHL is ready to give sports fans, especially us Golden Knights fans, more to cheer about. The NHL is restarting its’ season with a round robin playoff tournament and the Golden Knights are in as Pacific Division regular season champs. The Knights already won their lone exhibition game, beating Arizona 4-1 on Thursday. The playoff tourney starts on Saturday and the Knights have a first round bye. They open play on Monday against Dallas in Edmonton at 3:30pm PDT. The playoff tournament is round robin so after playing Dallas, the Knights will play St. Louis on Thursday, August 3 and Colorado on August 8. The team with the best record out of the first round will advance. Western Conference teams are playing in Edmonton while Eastern Conference teams are in Toronto. The Knights’ roster is looks strong and is ready to make a run at the Stanley Cup.

Born in New York City but also consider myself a native of Detroit. Attended college at Michigan State University. Started radio career in Detroit in 1980. Moved to Vegas in 1989. Worked 14 years at KCEP 88.1 before getting hired at Beasley with 105.7 in 2014.
