Aces Win Third Straight

The Las Vegas Aces continued their scorching play on Tuesday with a 96-92 win over Dallas in Bradenton, FL. Vegas led 52-43 at halftime and led by as many as 17 points in the third quarter. Dallas made a run in late in the fourth quarter but the Aces held on for the win. A’ja Wilson led the Aces with 26 points and nine rebounds and Dearica Hamby added 18 points and 14 rebounds. Kayla McBride chipped in with 15 points for Vegas, which again put five players in double figures. The win was the Aces 11th in their last 12 games and they remained a half game behind first place Seattle in the WNBA’s Western Conference. Vegas gets a chance to take over first place when they play Seattle on Thursday at 7pm.
Syd "Mr. Syd" Gaddy is the midday host, 10am-2pm on KOAS, "Jammin’ 1057." Syd has been with Beasley for 10 years and just last September was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame.
