After winning a tough seven game series against Vancouver, the Vegas Golden Knights couldn’t find their sea legs early in the first game of their Western Conference finals playoff series against Dallas. Vegas lost to the Stars 1-0. Dallas scored only two and a half minutes into the game and used tough defense, size, and physicality to keep the Knights off the scoreboard. Marc-Andre Fleury started in goal for the Knights and aside from the early goal played well with 24 saves. Vegas just couldn’t get through against the bigger and for this game tougher Stars. Game two is Tuesday night at 5pm in Edmonton.
