Election Day is November 3 but once early voting starts which it already has in many states, we can say that the election is effectively underway. Early voting in Nevada starts on Saturday, October 17 and runs through Oct. 30. There will be both short term and long term early voting sites. Long term sites will be open for the duration of early voting and are also mail ballot drop off locations. Hours for long term locations are 9am-7pm through Oct. 29 and 9am-8pm on Oct. 30. If you’re not registered to vote you can register online through Oct. 29 but remember that if you’re not not registered by Oct. 15 you’ll have to vote in person. Mail in ballots have already been mailed out to registered voters in Clark County and in the state. Clark County voters with questions can call the county election dept. at 702-455-VOTE.
