Circa Set To Open Tonight
Las Vegas’ newest hotel and casino, the Circa, is set to open tonight downtown at 12:01 am. This will be a partial opening for the property. The Circa’s casino and other attractions such as the sportsbook will be open but the resort’s hotel tower will not open until Dec. 28. The Circa is the first new property to be built in downtown Las Vegas in decades and is owned by Derek Stevens, who also owns The D and the Golden Gate. At 35 stories and 458 feet, the Circa is now the tallest building downtown and has a modern architectural design. The Circa will feature a variety of attractions, including what Stevens bills as the largest sportsbook in the world, and Stadium Swim, a seven pool swimming and entertainment complex on the seventh floor of the property. The Circa also boasts the “Garage Mahal,” a nine story, rideshare friendly parking complex directly across the street. Residents and downtown visitors may have already noticed the large video screen on the north side of the hotel tower. The Circa is expected to bring at least 1500 jobs to the community once the entire property including the hotel is fully open. The Circa will also be an adults only property, the first in Las Vegas. Welcome Circa!
