Our two local sports teams that saw action last night both took it on the chin. The Vegas Golden Knights couldn’t put the puck in the net and lost 1-0 to Anaheim, spoiling an otherwise great game in goal by Marc-Andre Fleury, who had been unbeaten on the season. The Knights move on to San Jose for a makeup game against the Sharks on Saturday at 1pm and then return home to open a four game set against Colorado on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels continue to struggle on the road and lost on Thursday night to conference co-leader Boise State 78-66. The Rebels play at Boise State again on Saturday night at 7pm.
