Ryan Reaves Suspended For Knights’ Next Two Games
The Vegas Golden Knights’ beatdown at the hands of the Colorado Avalanche in the opening game of their playoff series featured a lot of fighting between the two teams. As a result of pinning Colorado defenseman Ryan Graves to the ice with a knee to the head, Vegas forward Ryan Reaves has been suspended for games two and three by the NHL. The Knights lost game one 7-1. Things got chippy in the first game when the Knights’ Mattias Janmark took a blindside hit from Graves and had to leave the game. With Vegas already losing, the game deteriorated into the Knights looking to exact revenge on Graves. Janmark didn’t return to the game and no update has been given on his status. Game two is Wednesday at 7pm in Denver.
