Devin Booker scored 22 of his game high 47 points in the first quarter as the Phoenix Suns raced to a 36-14 lead and went on to oust the defending champion L.A. Lakers from the playoffs, 113-100. Jae Crowder added 18 points and Chris Paul dished out 12 assists for Phoenix. Anthony Davis returned to the Lakers lineup but was ineffective and left the game only 5 1/2 minutes into the first quarter and did not return. LeBron James led L.A. with 29 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists.
