Excessive Heat Warning Causes Las Vegas Cooling Stations To Open
The National Weather Service sent out an urgent heat warning due to Vegas’ rising temperatures.
Cooling stations are now accessible to locals and visitors to help escape the heat.
August 16, 2020, hit a daily record for heat temperatures in and around the valley.
