Job Openings Abound In Vegas
The shortage of workers to fill open job positions continues here in Vegas. Many businesses are reporting not being able to operate at full capacity due to the shortage of employees. Restaurants especially are suffering from a shortage of workers with many establishments having to operate at reduced hours.
The Nevada Small Business Association reports that are 100,000 job openings across the state.
The Clark County School District continues to deal with a shortage of employees including certified and non-certified teachers, administrative staff, support staff, school bus drivers, and even referees for high school sporting events.

The Tuscany Suites Hotel & Casino on Flamingo Rd. is holding a hiring event from 10am-1pm.
The House of Blues at Mandalay Bay’s hiring event today is from 10am-2pm.
There’s a shortage of city bus drivers and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) is holding a hiring event today from 9:30am-2pm at the RTC yard located at 5165 W. Sunset Rd.
