The Las Vegas Aces gave former teammate Liz Cambage a rude homecoming last night at Michelob Ultra Arena with a thorough 104-76 beatdown of the L.A. Sparks. The Aces tied the WNBA record for most made three pointers in a game with 18.

The Aces, the WNBA’s highest scoring team, had five players in double figures led by A’ja Wilson with 24 points. Jackie Young scored 19 points, Kelsey Plum tallied 17 and Chelsea Gray added 14. Kierstan Bell came off the bench and scored 12 points for the Aces who were able to rest the starters for basically the entire fourth quarter.

Former Aces center Liz Cambage, who signed with L.A. in the offseason as a free agent, only managed 10 points.

Vegas improved to 7-1 on the season. The team is off until Saturday when they travel to Chicago to play the Sky at 12 noon.
