The defending and current Mountain West Champion UNLV Lady Rebels will go for their seventeenth win in a row tonight against Utah State at the Cox Pavilion. Game time is 6:30 pm.

The 24th ranked Lady Rebels clinched their second straight Mountain West championship last week with a win over Boise State.

The Lady Rebels record is 25-2 overall and a perfect 15-0 in the Mountain West. If UNLV wins tonight it’s entirely possible that they could go undefeated in conference play. After tonight’s game, UNLV has two games remaining on the schedule…at home vs. San Diego State this Saturday and the season finale at UNR on Tuesday, Feb. 28.

Lady Rebels head coach Lindy LaRocque had a baby girl three months ago but has kept her team focused and on point.

Tonight’s game is notable because UNLV will unveil banners honoring last season’s regular season and Mountain West championships and NCAA tournament appearance.

Congratulation to the Lady Rebels for what they have done this season and good luck in the upcoming Mountain West tournament!
