The Review-Journal and Business Press has highlighted 56 companies and organizations in Nevada as Top Workplaces for last year. Before we get to Nevada, let’s look at the top company to work at in all of America.
According to The Review-Journal and Business Press, the top workplace in America award “celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice.” They add that the Top Workplaces USA award is based on feedback from an employee engagement survey from employees of participating workplaces. The best place to work in America for 2023 is Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. The company’s official profile states, “Founded in 1996 by Steve Jacobson and named by a childhood best friend, colleague and forever member of the Fairway family, Randy Cross, Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation is a mortgage lender headquartered in Madison Wisconsin and Carrollton Texas. So, what’s the best place to work in Nevada? According to the 2022 study looking at just Nevada places to work, it’s Panda Restaurant Group.
