2024 Exclusive NFL Predictions You Need To Know
NFL training camps are about 2 weeks away it’s time to talk about what teams look like they are ready to hoist the Lombardi trophy this season. I must admit, I have been anxiously waiting for football season to start again. I have put together this year’s predictions of who will win, dominate, improve or suck!
NFL Top Predictions In 2024
Let’s start in the NFC. The NFC East is a very intriguing conference. They are led by the Philadelphia Eagles who over the past 2 seasons seem to have started turning the corner. But there is always the Dallas Cowboys, whose every year is “their” year. With Dak Prescott in a contract situation, I do not think this is the year so sorry Cowboys fans.
A surprise team could be Magic Johnson’s Washington Commanders who made a lot of moves and with Jayden Daniel’s leading the way, they could pose a problem.
The NFC North goes to the Detroit Lions. I know, I know… It’s weird saying that because we never had to call the Lions a strong team even with Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson on the team.
Detroit has the potential to actually make the Super Bowl this season. All eyes will be on the number one pick Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears though after trading away Justin Fields, is he their franchise QB? Or will he be a bust? Well according to Bears Wire, “Williams will finish a very close second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting and win at least seven games. “
NFC South may be one of the worst conferences. In my opinion, the Atlanta Falcons are the only team to come out of there, and that’s if you solve the Kirk Cousins vs Michael Penix Jr. situation. Can they coexist? We shall see.
Now finally we get to the NFC West and we see the San Francisco 49ers coming back for revenge. While they may be favored on paper, I personally think their offensive line is weak. They are an old team now and their window is slowly closing. Brock Purdy is QB 1 but can he actually win the big game?
The LA Rams on paper look the part and look like they will make another Super Bowl run. Also, the Arizona Cardinals seem to have gotten better so it will not be easy for the 49ers. The Matthew Stafford-led Rams just may pull the upset!
NFL Predictions From The AFC Side Of The League
Starting in the East with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. They should be your betting favorite but with the track team rival the Miami Dolphins nipping at their heels it won’t be a cakewalk. The most watched team may be the NY Jets because 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers returns after playing 13 seconds last season and tearing his Achilles.
The AFC North seems loaded and could possibly be the toughest conference in the NFL. They could get all 4 teams in the playoffs. Lamar Jackson’s Ravens, and Joe Burrow’s Bengals lead the way. But let’s not forget season Vet Russell Wilson is now the leader of the Steelers and can drive them into the playoffs with his leadership. But they have to all stay healthy because the league’s best defense goes to the Cleveland Browns so that conference will have a dawg fight every night.
The AFC South is the Houston Texans conference to lose. They are loaded with talent with their new additions and could make a Super Bowl appearance this season. Stefon Diggs, Joe Mixon, and CJ Stroud on offense can give defenses problems every night. I’m interested in seeing the development of young Anthony Richardson at QB for the Indianapolis Colts. He is electrifying if healthy and could become a superstar.
Last but not least, the AFC West and we all know the title runs through Kansas City! Patrick Mahomes must be stopped and one team to stop him just might be the LA Chargers but the Chargers lost Keenan Allen, Austin Eckler, and Mike Williams so a lot will be on the shoulders of Justin Herbert. Maybe a Herbert to Rice connection as in the legendary Jerry Rice’s son, Brendon Rice.

The Broncos and the Raiders bring up the bottom of the West. I do not see the Raiders doing much without a top-tier QB. They have the intangibles but with no leader to guide the team, it will be a tough task for Coach Antonio Pierce to deal with.
Lastly, my conference championships and Super Bowl predictions are:
- AFC: Chiefs 27 Ravens 17
- NFC: Lions 30 SF49ers 27
- SuperBowl LIX: Lions 35 Chiefs 31
