Giggles and Grooves‘ launch party was a night filled with amazing artists, sexy lyrics and motivating messages.

Although that combination of adjectives may be interesting when it comes to the synopsis of a concert, it perfectly describes the night.

Giggles and Grooves launched on Aug. 12 at House of Blues Las Vegas in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

“Grown and sexy” was the vibe for the night with tourist and locals pouring into the venue to see Sunshine Anderson, J. Holiday and Bobby V.

DJ Thump ignited the crowd as he was on the ones-and-twos the whole night. He made the crowd dance and laugh between sets, and he ensured to keep the energy and positive vibes flowing.

Sunshine Anderson was the first to perform. She gave the crowd empowering messages of love, relationships and self strength. It was a message that many of us needed to hear. Amid the craziness of life, sometimes we need a reminder about our own resilience and ability to survive through anything.

Her songs are often the anthem for inner strength — with many of her lyrics being auditory catalyst for leaving toxic relationships.

J. Holiday came on after her, and gave the crowd a serenading performance. He definitely fulfilled some fantasies when he jumped into the crowd and sang his beautiful melodies and catchy hooks.  His songs remind us of how simple, beautiful and elegant love should be.

Bobby V closed the show by amazing the crowd with his beautiful ballads that filled the House of Blues’ venue. The chords of his keyboard melted with his voice as he sang songs that take us back to better times. It was a true R&B performance accompanied with a live band that encapsulated the audience in synergetic sounds and words.

We want to send a BIG thank you to the Giggles and Grooves team for having us be a part of this soulful night. Remember: Everything will be OK and good music is key.
