Raider fans are outraged at what’s happening to their franchise. Not just what didn’t happen for the Raiders this past season but what’s happening this post season.
Raider Nation has been exactly that…A Nation of Raider fans that has settled for decades of mediocrity. Always saying “Just wait until next year.” The Raiders have a total of 22 Playoff appearances since their establishment.
The team enjoyed most of their NFL playoff success during the 1970s. The Raiders have won the Super Bowl thrice (1976, 1980, 1983). The Las Vegas Raiders booked a berth in the 2021-22 NFL Playoffs after coming 2nd in the AFC West Division, with a season record of 10-7.
Many have blamed head coach Josh McDaniels for the teams failures in the 2022 season with questionable play calls and head scratching trades.
Allegiant Stadium is packed with fans from the opposing team to see them beat up on the Raiders. While the team has gone way up in value…Performance has taken a nose dive.
When a fan held up a sign saying “We deserve better” he was tossed out of the stadium. With the cost of food, parking and ticket prices, not to mention PSL fees, I don’t see where the fan was wrong.
Raider fans deserves a player/fans coach, and Raider fans are not sure that’s what they have in Josh McDaniels.
According to usatoday “He’s the latest Bill Belichick disciple in over his head, trying to instill “The Patriot Way” wherever he goes, forgetting that Belichick is the essential ingredient.”
Las Vegas moved on from the often-injured Darren Waller for pick No. 100, saving roughly $11 million with the move. It wasn’t too long ago when Waller inked a $51 million contract extension. And even worse, it was a day after returning from his honeymoon that the Raiders opted to ship him off to New York.
Social media is on fire regarding the trade and the future of their team.
