Anthony Bourdain Cremated In France
Sources say that the remains of TV show host, author and chef Anthony Bourdain, who committed suicide last week, were cremated in France. Bourdain, 61, was in France filming a new episode of his CNN show “Parts Unknown” when he hung himself in his hotel room outside of Paris. Some of his close friends say he was struggling with depression and loneliness. Bourdain was separated from his wife Ottavia but not formally divorced so she is legally his next of kin. His ashes are scheduled to be returned to the U.S. on Friday. French officials say that no sign of foul play was discovered and that the results of toxicology tests are pending.
