Do you ever have those days in which you just wake up in a great mood? That’s how I welcomed the week today. There’s nothing out of the ordinary that has changed in my routine, it’s just an internal mood that I woke up with that gives me the energy to take on any challenge.
With a good mood already making me feel unstoppable and confident, Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It,” started playing on Jammin 105.7. Although Montell’s hit is based on having a great time at a party, the vibe of the song inspired my “Good Words” for this week.
Confidence is the key to doing and being your best and the song’s anthem lyrics which scream “this is how we do it,” serves as a mantra that I am able to do anything and be proud of it. Music will forever be inspirational, but when you add the token of a great mood, then trust me when I tell you… This is how we do it!!
