Usher got a lot of hate and love after reports of him tipping strippers with fake bills with his face on them, but 21 Savage and Chris Brown found it hilarious.
The duo found the R&B singer’s face on the money to be a hoot, posting on Instagram this week photos of themselves jokingly flexing the fake $1, $20 and $100 bills.
21 captioned his Instagram post: “y’all ain’t the only ones gettin that usher money”
Usher commented on the post saying: “Don’t spend it all in one place” 😏#Savage4L
XXL Mag reposted Chris Brown’s Instagram Story of a $20 UsherBuck with a caption saying: “When I say the boy got his own money… Da boy got his own money.”
Usher actually didn’t tip the strippers with his fake money at Sapphire Las Vegas Gentlemen’s Club in Vegas, but actually paid the exotic dancers and the staff quite handsomely, gossip web site TMZ reported.
42-year-old Usher ended up spending thousands of legitimate USD on the dancers in actuality. As for how the reports got started, sources close to Usher told the gossip site that somebody in his crew — not him — left some stray Usher dollars behind on the stage as a joke and to also his new Vegas residency.
Reports of Usher paying with the fake money stems from an Instagram user named @beel0ove. She posted images of the money on her Instagram Story, going viral, and posed the question: “Ladies what would you do if you danced all night for usher and he threw this??”
The woman wrote in a following social media post: “& the money does not have a trade in value what so ever! Lmao don’t y’all think he should be blasted on social media for this s—?”
