Golden Knights Enjoying Break Amidst Nine Game Winning Streak
The Vegas Golden Knights are enjoying some much needed time off after winning their ninth game in a row on Friday, beating Anaheim 5-1. Vegas returns to action on Wednesday at 6:30pm when they face rival Colorado at T-Mobile Arena. The first place Knights are ahead of the second place Avalanche by four points and have the best record in the NHL and the most points in the NHL. This break gives Vegas the chance to rest and also rehab some players who’ve been out with injuries, including Ryan Reaves and Keegan Kolesar, who’ve each missed the last seven games. Including this Wednesday’s upcoming game against Colorado, Vegas has nine games left in the regular season. The Knights have already clinched a playoff berth, the first team in the league to do so.
