The Vegas Golden Knights salvaged a tie of their four game series against Colorado on Monday night in Denver, beating the Avalanche 3-0. Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was superb with 34 saves and the shutout was the 64th of his career. Fleury is also tied for the league lead in shutouts this season. It was his seventh start in a row while Robin Lehner recovers from an injury. Vegas scored all three of it’s goals in the second period, two from Alex Tuch and one from Jonathan Marchessault. The Knights will move on to California for a game on Thursday night against San Jose and then a game on Saturday night against Anaheim.
