Las Vegas is known for it’s hot summers and cooler winters. We at Beasley Las Vegas want to keep you updated on all things weather.
UPDATES:
July through September is flash flood season, which means a dangerous situation could unfold at any time amid rainfall and even during sunny days. The Clark County Regional Flood Control (CCRFC) wants Nevadans to avoid entering flooded streets or intersections. You will never win against water. Be safe!
Visit BeFloodSafe.com for additional flood details in your area.
What to do in a flash flood: “If you are driving, slow down and exit the road safely as soon as you can. Find an alternative route. Do not attempt to drive through flood waters. When approaching a flooded area, you can’t be sure of the depth of the water or the condition of the road beneath it, which may be broken up or washed away. Worst case, there may be no road left under the water.”
