In Nevada, there are 35 companies that checked at least a few of these boxes. And that is good news for those of us living in Nevada. Especially in the times we are living in. Working for a company that takes care of you is important, and often rare.
Employees of these companies should feel proud that their company has made the list. With about 1,300 companies nationwide, to make the Forbes’ 2024 best employers ranking – well, needless to say – pretty cool!
The study was done along with the market research firm, Statista. They compiled the list of over 1200 organizations, and companies, after surveying more than 160,000 employees working for those companies.
Only companies with at least 500 employees were eligible for this list. They used survey data collected over three years, and then put it into a scoring system. Heavier weight was given to the more recent data and the responses from current employees in the state.
