Here are some frequently asked questions for our Paws In The Park Festival for 2024. Thank you to Eric Roy for sponsoring this year’s Information Booth at Paws in the Park! Be sure to stop by the information booth during the day of the event for any further questions.
Is the event open to all pets?
- Yes! We’ve had birds, chickens, rats, ducks and a pony visit Paws in the Park Festivals in the past. Please ensure your pet is comfortable in a crowd.
Do pets need to be on a leash?
- Yes, all pets must be on a leash and under control at all times for the safety of all attendees.
Is there an entry fee for pets or humans?
- Nope! Entrance is FREE.
What kind of activities are available for pets?
- The festival will feature fun activities like wiener dog races, photobooth, pet costume contests, and a pet kissing booth!
Can I adopt a pet at the festival?
- Yes! Local shelters and rescue organizations will be on-site with adoptable pets, so you can find your new best friend.
Is there parking available at the venue?
- Yes, free parking is available at the venue, but spaces may be limited. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
What should I bring for my pet?
- Bring essentials like a leash, waste bags, any needed medications, and a favorite toy or blanket to keep your pet comfortable.
Are there pet-friendly water stations available?
- Yes, there will be multiple water stations brought to you by S’Barkling Clean Dog Grooming throughout the event to keep your pets hydrated.
Are there food vendors for humans and pets?
- Yes, food trucks and vendors will be on-site offering tasty options
