NEW YORK, NEW YORK - JUNE 10: Pharrell Williams speaks onstage at Storytellers – Pharrell Williams With Minya Oh during the 2022 Tribeca Festivalat BMCC Tribeca PAC on June 10, 2022 in New York City.

Pharrell made his Louis Vuitton Show debut Tuesday night (June 20). The star-studded show brought out Beyoncé, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, with performances from both Jay-Z and Pusha T. It was announced in February that the Grammy-winning producer and artist became the fashion house’s next men’s creative director.

“I am glad to welcome Pharrell back home, after our collaborations in 2004 and 2008 for Louis Vuitton, as our new Men’s Creative Director,” said Pietro Beccari, Louis Vuitton’s chairman and CEO in a statement per CNN. “His creative vision beyond fashion will undoubtedly lead Louis Vuitton towards a new and very exciting chapter.”

Take a look at the performances from Jay-Z and Pusha-T below as well as some celebrity spotting at the event:

  • Jay-Z Performs At Pharrell's Louis Vuitton Fashion Debut

Jay-Z gave a rare performance of some of his biggest hits including “Punjabi MC,” “Give It To Me,” “F—WITMEYOUKNOWIGOTIT,” “On To The Next One,” “PSA,” U Don’t Know,” and “N—– In Paris.” Pharrell also joined the rapper to perform their hit “Frontin’.”

There were also some funny moments at the event. A fan account reposted a video that captured Jay-Z doing a “vibe check” before he continued his set. “This one girl right here wasn’t moving,” the rapper said leading the audience to burst out in laughter. “Right here with the headband,” Jay pointed her out in the crowd.

He then offered a solution on what do next, “I don’t know if we move her, I don’t know what happened.”

“Are you ready now?” Jay asks the woman and then continues to perform “N—– In Paris.”

  • Pusha T Fires Back At Jim Jones In New Clipse Track

While Jay-Z was done figuring out the vibe of the crowd, Pusha T was not holding back as he and his brother No Malice performed an unreleased song from Clipse (the hip-hop duo consisting of him and his brother.) In the scathing new record, Pusha calls out Jim Jones who he’s had beef with since the beginning of the year.

“Beware of my name, that there’s delegate/ You know I know where you’re delicate/ Crush you to pieces, I’ll hum a breath of it/ I will close your heaven for the hell of it/ You think it’d be valor amongst veterans/ I’m watching your fame escape relevance/ We all in a room but here’s the elephant/ You chasing a feature out of your element,” Pusha raps, seemingly accusing Jones of kissing up to Drake to get a guest verse.

He continues: “And those lab diamonds under inspection/ The question marks block your blessings/ It’s no tombstones in the desert/ I know by now you get the message.”

Jim responded to Pusha’s message on Instagram: “Let me know when they really ready.”

On top of Pusha’s performance, he also walked side-by-side with No Malice on the runway. Take a look at them walk below:
