COVID-19 Cases in Nevada Approach 2,000
The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services reported more than 100 new cases of COVID-19 in the state, overnight. That has brought the total statewide to 1,953 cases.
The department’s website showed 117 cases from Sunday to Monday morning. In Clark County, 1,519 cases were reported Sunday, that’s up 101 from Friday’s reported numbers.
The death toll from coronavirus remained at 46, with the majority of them in Clark County.
