Ellen DeGeneres’ already tumultuous 2020 just got a little worse. The talk show host just told fans that she tested positive for coronavirus.

She shared the news on social media. She wrote, “Hi Everyone. I want to let you all know that I tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, I’m feeling fine right now. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines. I’ll see you all again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and safe.”

She received lots of love from her celebrity friends, including Kym Douglas, Ellie Kemper, Kalen Allen, and tWitch.

According to Yahoo, The Ellen DeGeneres Show is going to stop filming temporarily . In a statement, a spokesperson for the show said, “Following Ellen’s announcement this morning, we have paused production on the Ellen DeGeneres Show until January.”
