Social Media’s Cutest Dog Influencer Tucker Budzyn Makes Young Boy’s Dream Come True. Meet Tucker Budzyn. Tucker and his son Todd have taken social media by storm. They are the cutest golden retrievers you will ever meet and Tucker, Todd, their mother and father (Linda and Mr. Linda) take us on epic journeys and put smiles on our faces every day. Linda (an alias as her real name is Courtney Budzyn) and Mr. Linda (an alias for Mike Budzyn) not only give us an inside look at their daily lives but they create story lines and mini movies for us to enjoy. The attention to detail and ability to give us access to their lives is how Tucker’s account has surpassed 3.8 million Instagram followers.
Recently, Linda introduced us to a boy named Ben through Tucker’s Instagram account. According to Ben’s Gofundme page, “Ben is autistic with a PDA profile which stands for “pervasive drive for autonomy” previously known as “pathological demand avoidance”. He also is diagnosed with ADHD, generalized anxiety, and PTSD from the traumatic nature of his meltdowns/panic attacks.” Ben loves dogs. His family has a dog, Ranger, and anytime Ben sees dogs it calms him. He is also a very big fan of Tucker and because of this, Linda introduced Ben to Tucker’s followers. And with the help of Tucker’s fan’s generosity, Ben’s family was able to raise enough money to make Ben’s dream come true: to allow Ben to have an autism service dog. Initially, the goal of the Gofundme was $29,000 which is the cost of the dog. Since Linda posted Ben’s story, the Gofundme has raised over $34,000!
Linda posted an update to Ben’s story this morning on Tucker’s Instagram account. Not only did Ben raise the funds he needed, but he was able to take a trip to meet his favorite social media pup himself: Tucker and his son Todd. Thanks to the post, Linda gave us a glimpse into Ben’s visit which is as magical as you could expect.
