There’s nothing quite like sipping a crisp beer as the cold liquid breaks through the frothy top, and our thirst is quenched with the full-bodied liquid.

We love this experience so much that we have to celebrate it with National Beer Day!

We explored our city’s newest brew house: The Las Vegas Brewing Company.

The new brewery opened this year, and they’re bringing a whole new set of flavors, ales and aromas to Sin City.

Our very own Picazzo explored this innovative eatery and took a tour around the state-of-the-art brewing facility.

The founders behind The Las Vegas Brewing Company emphasize delivering a “world-class beer and experiences that welcome all in an unmatched style that keeps one screaming for more.”

The Las Vegas Brewing Company is the epicenter for all things creative and imaginative when it comes to the brew! Blue 42 is a peculiar drink that infuses our childhood candies into the beer’s DNA. Sour punch straws and blue Jolly Ranchers are infused in the beverage, making this beer a vibrant blue hue.

BLUE 42! Our Blue Raspberry Sour is loaded with Sour Punch Straws, Jolly Ranchers, and memories of walking to 7-11 for Slurpees as kids. Stop by and see if it’ll turn your tongue blue!

This is just an example of the many unique beer options that this company will offer to Las Vegas locals. And let’s face it, we’ve definitely drank, tasted and tried a plethora of whacky-flavored food items that’s available in our city.

Although the spotlight seems to be on the brewing portion of the facility, the food is equally as exciting. Executive chef Hollin Rothmann steers the kitchen and creates menu items that are the perfect accompaniment to their beer selection. Rothmann has held chef positions at Vegas hotspots such as Picasso, Sage and Carson Kitchen.

Pimento cheese fried chicken, spiced-rubbed cured wings and a “Pubcuterie” board (which is essentially their version of a charcuterie board) are just a few out of the many delectable items that were created to partner with any of their beer.

We definitely found our new favorite spot! Thank you to Las Vega Brewing Company for showing us around and showing the Jammin’ fam some love!

Let’s explore their carefully crafted menu and get a virtual “taste” test with our eyes.

This hearty and robust dip is a great appetizer that perfectly pairs with any of the Las Vegas Brewing Company‘s beer. This delectable mixture of cheese, spices and beer creates an “umami-like” sauce, which is the perfect edible coat for the hot piece of pretzel bread that comes with this fondue.

  • Chicken Wings

Every essential bar, pub or brewery must have good chicken wings, and the Las Vegas Brewing Company exceeds this test! Their spiced rubbed and cured wings are the perfect balance of crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Their sweet, spicy and sticky citrus glaze covers the wings in a rich sauce that’s finger-licking good.

You can also get their wings dry or wet and play with the spice level, which gives anyone a great selection of wing choices to fix your cravings.

This amazing dish is a play on the famous — and very Instagrammable — charcuterie board! The Las Vegas Brewing Company‘s “Pubcuterie” board is filled with sliced cured meats, pimento cheese, picked vegetables, olives and savory sauces. This experience is only elevated by each item being nestled in a giant pretzel!

This fried chicken sandwich is sure to make your soul happy.

The Las Vegas Brewing Company‘s pimento cheese fried chicken sandwich starts off with a citrus-brined chicken breast. After the marinade process is completed; the chicken is dredged in a spiced-rice and potato starch mixture and fried to perfection. After that, the beautiful chicken is topped with tangy pickles and a refreshing slaw!
