Not that we need an excuse to hit the town and party here in Las Vegas but St. Patrick’s Day is coming up on Friday, March 17 so here are some suggestions on where to celebrate.
Just as you’ll be dressed in green, so will the High Roller Observation Wheel. Similar to what they did for Earth Day, the Wheel will be completely lit up in green lights.
There will be no shortage of festive green cocktails being served along the Linq Promenade.
One unexpected destination to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day is over at the Mob Museum and their Underground Speakeasy and Distillery. According to The Vox Agency, the Speakeasy will feature a few special limited-time St. Patrick Day specials from Thursday, March 16 through Sunday, March 19.
Between the hours of Noon and Midnight, you can try the Tipperary Cocktail made with Tullamore D.E..W. XO Rum Cask Irish Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and green chartreuse or you can order the Irish Beer & Shot Combo which is a Guinness accompanied with a shot of Slane Irixh Whiskey.
Both options are being offered for $14.
PKWY Tavern has multiple locations throughout Vegas and all offer a fun atmosphere to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. PKWY Tavern in Tivoli Village will reportedly celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with corned beef hash, corned beef egg rolls, rueben sandwiches, $5 green beer, $5 Jameson Irish Whiskey and $6 Guinness pints.
Other favorite hangouts amongst locals are PT’s Taverns and Sean Patrick’s which will have some great specials.
If you really want to let loose, head over to Fremont Street for the St. Patrick’s Day Block Party anchored by Hennessey’s. There will be live music with the Roxy Gunn Project scheduled from 9:30pm-1:30am, green beer, and plenty of shenanigans.
