CDC Facial Hair Chart Goes Viral Due to Coronavirus, Twitter Reacts
A 2017 facial hair infographic from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has resurfaced due to the coronavirus, and many Twitter users are having a field day.
To be clear, the CDC has not issued advisements regarding the connection of the spread of the coronavirus and facial hair. However, that’s not stopping people from having fun with this facial hair chart, which features funny names for different facial hair designs, and was originally released to show which type of facial hair will deter the proper use of an N95 Respirator mask.

Not exactly. It's from a 2017 blog during "no-shave November."
It's advice about which beards block respirators. The CDC has not said anything about shaving beards for this Coronavirus.(At least not yet.) pic.twitter.com/0V1VuVPonL
Anyway, now that you know you don’t need to shave your glorious beard to protect yourself from the coronavirus, please enjoy these jokes from Twitter!
