Have You Seen Him? Metro Looks For Las Vegas Casino Robbery Suspect
There have been a huge uptick in Las Vegas casino robbery reports in recent months. From Gold Coast to Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch to Sunset Station, and several locations throughout the valley. Now the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department say they have a suspect they’d like a word with, and they need your help.
Metro describes the man as a black male adult, somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 feet 1 inches to 6 feet 3 inches tall. They estimate the man is anywhere from 25 to 35 years old. According to the press release, the man typically dons a black mask, black gloves and a hooded sweatshirt when he is in the act.
He’s been spotted driving a dark grey Chevrolet Cruze with Nevada plates (039V61) and a silver Mazda6, also with Nevada plates (902M64) but before you get too excited, both cars are reported stolen and cannot be tied back to the man’s address.

They thought they had him yesterday…
The new description of the suspect came just hours after thinking they could have their man. Henderson Police and other police agencies detained a man in the Sunset Station parking lot around midday on Wednesday. The traffic stop was significantly larger than your normal stop, with several taking to Twitter to report the stop, and the assumption that their man had been caught. However after some time the man was let go when it was determined he is not related to the investigation.
If you spot this guy believed to be connected to the Las Vegas casino robbery spree, Metro is asking the public to call Las Vegas Crimestoppers at 702-385-5555. A cash reward may result if the tip directly leads to the guy’s arrest.
One thing is for certain… you don’t mess with the casinos in Vegas. The house always wins, even if it takes some time.
