On the first night that fans were allowed back to T-Mobile Arena, the Vegas Golden Knights didn’t disappoint the faithful. Max Pacioretty scored the game winning goal in overtime and the Knights overcame a 4-2 third period deficit to stun the Minnesota Wild 5-4. Mark Stone assisted on each of the Knights five goals and Pacioretty scored twice for Vegas. The announced crowd of 2,605 roared when Alex Tuch tied the game with 42 seconds left in the third period and went berserk when Pacioretty fired in the game winner in the overtime period. The win snapped Minnesota’s six game winning streak and was the Knights second overtime win in a row. The win also kept Vegas in first place in the Western Division. The Knights will play Minnesota again on Wednesday night at 7pm at T-Mobile.
