Aces Center Liz Cambage Says She Won’t Play This Season Out Of Concern For Covid-19
Las Vegas Aces center Liz Cambage says she is going to sit out the upcoming WNBA season due to concerns over Covid-19. Cambage’s agent says that she has some pre-existing health conditions that could place her at high risk of serious illness if she were to become infected. The WNBA is gearing up to hold a 22 game regular season to start in late July. Abut a dozen other notable WNBA players have decide to sit out the season due to coronavirus fears.
Syd "Mr. Syd" Gaddy is the midday host, 10am-2pm on KOAS, "Jammin’ 1057." Syd has been with Beasley for 10 years and just last September was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame. "Mr. Syd" has been in the broadcast industry for over 24 years working as on-air talent, public service announcement coordinator and as a program director.
